Law firm Davis Wright Tremaine said it's moving into a new 8,200-square-foot space in the Jefferson Creative Center in Culver City, California. The Seattle-based law firm has another L.A. location downtown at 865 S. Figueroa St. The Jefferson Creative Center is located at 5870–5890 W. Jefferson Blvd. and consists of 22 "unique spaces occupied by creative, entertainment and production tenants," according to leasing firm Lee & Associates/Los Angeles West, which added that the center is "a dog-friendly business park.
