Four connected buildings totaling more than 73,000 square feet near Culver City, California, have been sold for an undisclosed price. Los Angeles-based real estate development company The Ratkovich Co. and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives said they acquired the Bowcroft Collection of buildings sitting on three acres at 5950–5978 Bowcroft St. near the intersection of Jefferson and Obama Boulevards in Los Angeles. The purchasers said that the property, previously a light industrial site, was purchased from South Division Jefferson Industrial Center LLC, an entity controlled by Justin Altemus and David Altemus.
