The service here was great for a Sunday morning brunch. Parking was not too hard to find on the street, but maybe I just got lucky. I am someone who does not like eggs. If I did enjoy eggs, maybe I would have enjoyed the food here. However, one of the only items I could get off the menu without eggs was pancakes. The pancakes were like any other pancake, nothing special. I asked if I could get an item off the menu without eggs, no substitution, but there was no compromise. I get it, I do, and I do not blame them for sticking to their items as is. If you are like me, and you do not enjoy the taste, smell, or texture of eggs, then go somewhere else. If you do like eggs, then give it a try I guess.

This is our first visit to the Metro Cafe. The staff is friendly and a little overworked. If you love banana pancakes, we recommend the Sauteed Banana House Special. Dishes are moderately priced. Come early and sit outside. You'll appreciate the experience.
